YOUR PARISH COUNCIL WORKING FOR YOUR PARISH

Little Cornard is a village in Suffolk. Located around 0.5 miles from its larger sibling Great Cornard on the B1508 between Sudbury and Colchester. The parish also includes the hamlet of Workhouse Green. The parish’s eastern boundary is the River Stour. The parish is also home to the Cornard Mere Site and the Appletree Wood and Mumford Wood wildlife sites.

The Cornard Mere is a SSSI nature reserve, currently leased to and managed by Suffolk Wildlife Trust
